Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number and any details about your site or brief that you share through the contact form or by email.
Usage information. Pages visited, time on page, referring website, device type, browser and approximate location derived from your IP address.
Correspondence. Records of the messages and calls we exchange while discussing or delivering a project.
How we use it
To reply to you. Answering enquiries, arranging meetings and preparing proposals.
To deliver our work. Managing projects, contracts, invoices and our ongoing relationship.
To improve the website. Understanding, in aggregate, which pages are useful and how the site performs.
To meet our obligations. Keeping the records that accounting, tax and professional rules require.
Legal basis
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent (for example when you send us an enquiry), on the performance of a contract, on our legitimate interest in running and improving the studio, and on legal obligations. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who we share it with
We never sell personal data. We share it only with trusted providers who help us run the studio, such as website hosting, email, analytics and accounting services, with professional advisers, and with authorities when the law requires it. Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted after 24 months. Project and financial records are kept for as long as the law requires, after which they are securely deleted.
